NRL continues third party payment review

Fairfax media reported on the 14th of October that Mark Evans was halfway through the process of conducting the review into third party payments

“We’ve got some improvements that could be made,” Evans said. “I’m testing a few ideas against a few people in the game. Hopefully, in the next few weeks I will be able to make a proposal.

 

“I don’t think we have had a look at it for a while. In general terms you can make [third party payments] clearer and communicate them better to our various clubs and fans. Make it simpler and make it more transparent. These things are always moving. It is a good time to have a look at it.”
