Source: News Ltd

While a luxury tax is likely to be introduced next season, it appears the clubs have been able to negotiate the tax to a maximum of $1 million per club, while a cap is also being reported for revenue sharing taxes, with a ceiling of $500,000 per club.

The taxes arent expected to be finalised until mid year.
