AFl reaping dividend from Adelaide Oval move

The move by Adelaide and Port Adelaide to Adelaide Oval has paid off so far with attendances up 42% on last year. South Australian Sports Minister Leon Bignell said that it wasnt just a great move for fans but also for corporate interests.

“They didn’t like coming to Adelaide when they had to play at Football Park but now that it’s Adelaide Oval they can’t wait to get here and show their fans and their corporate sponsors the best footy stadium in Australia.”
