Brisbane Lions

  • Closed their football department to visitors.
  • Not planning to charter a flight for their first-round interstate trip against Hawthorn in Melbourne.

Carlton

  • Told ticket holders for their Thursday night Leaders of Industry event that anyone who had returned in the past fortnight from China, Iran, Italy, South Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore or Thailand, or had close interactions with people who have recently travelled to those countries, to not attend.

Collingwood

  • Cancelled Friday’s open training and player autograph session.
  • Limited interaction between players and fans at Wednesday night’s season launch.

Fremantle

  • Have not ruled out organising a charter flight for their round-one trip to Melbourne to play Essendon.
  • Will make sure hotel has appropriate hygiene measures in place.
  • Tested player Sam Switkowski for coronavirus after being in contact with someone who had been in China but he returned a negative result.

Geelong

  • Set up a coronavirus working group and ordered additional cleaning of facilities at GMHBA Stadium.

GWS

  • Not allowing visitors to their football department.

Melbourne

  • Did not say if they were planning to charter a flight for their first-round interstate trip to Perth to play West Coast.
  • AFL program moved to Casey Fields.
  • AFLW to remain at AAMI Park.
  • Casey Demons use separate area at Casey Fields.
  • Administration staff work at MCG or from home.

Port Adelaide

  • Did not say if they were planning to charter a flight for their first-round interstate trip to the Gold Coast to play the Suns.
  • Annual game in China moved to Marvel Stadium.

Richmond

  • The Tigers have asked staff who have travelled overseas within the past 14 days to work from home.
  • Closed their football department to visitors.

St Kilda

  • Restricted contact between players and fans at Wednesday night’s season launch.
  • Annual game in China moved to Marvel Stadium.

Sydney

  • Did not say if they were planning to charter a flight for their first-round interstate trip to Adelaide to play the Crows.

Western Bulldogs

  • Restricted contact between players and fans at Wednesday night’s season launch.
