Ten to re-enter Broadcast rights battle

Channel Ten chief Hamish Mclennan has apparenrtly confirmed that Ten are interested in the next batch of AFl rights, depending on cost and availability.

“Yes, we’re keen. All depends on what is on offer,” McLennan said.

Asked what slots Ten would be interested in, McLennan said: “Depends on price etc, but maybe Saturday again and what is on offer.”

Ten, with Nine broadcast the AFL from 2002,-2006, including Finals, Grand Finals and Saturday football.
